THEME OF THE PAPER:

The papers are NOT restricted to any topic. Participants can submit their paper on any technical topic of their choice.
The paper must be original and innovative. It should be a technical paper falling under any of the categories mentioned below:

CATEGORIES:

(1) Circuit Branches:

INCLUDES TOPICS FROM THE CIRCUIT BRANCHES:

• Computer Engineering
• E&TC
• IT
• Instrumentation
• Electrical Engineering
and other allied branches.

(2) Non-Circuit Branches:

INCLUDES TOPICS FROM NON-CIRCUIT BRANCHES:

• Mechanical Engineering
• Production Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Biotechnology
• Chemical Engineering
• Automobile Engineering
and other allied branches.

*Please mention the branch in which you want your paper to be evaluated in.
**TEAM SHOULD NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 2 MEMBERS.

PAPER FORMAT:

The paper should be in standard IEEE format. Specifications are as mentioned in www.ieee.org/portal/cms_docs/pubs/confpubcenter/pdfs/samplems.pdf

1. The paper must be typed single-spaced in twelve point Times New Roman or Arial font only.
2. Single side of A4 size papers should be used.
3. Paper must not exceed 8 pages.
4. Only text directly related to the item being presented and any accompanying illustrations, tables, figures etc will count towards the 8-page limit
5. Title pages, table of contents, and bibliography will not be counted toward the limit.
6. Paper must be accompanied by a one page abstract.
7. First page should contain all personal information( full name/phone number/email id/)
8. Second page should be blank.
